Delivery in Metropolitan France
Delivery within 24 to 48 hours, with online tracking.
- Home delivery: €6.90 for all orders under €200. Free delivery on orders of €200 or more.
- Pick-up point delivery: €5 for all orders under €200. Free delivery on orders of €200 or more.
Delivery in Europe
- Home delivery: €10 for all orders under €200.
- Free delivery on orders of €200 or more.
Pick-up point delivery is not available for orders shipped to Europe.
International delivery
For deliveries to other countries, shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout, based on the destination country.
Returns and exchanges
You have a period of 14 days from the receipt of your order to initiate a return or exchange request from your customer account.
Return shipping costs
- Metropolitan France: one return is free per order.
- Europe: return fees of €10 are applied and deducted from the amount of your refund.
- International: the applicable return conditions and fees will be indicated to you during your return request.
We recommend that you keep your proof of drop-off until your return is finalized.
Exchanging an item
You can make an exchange directly from your customer account.
Subject to availability, you can:
- exchange your item for the same model in a different size or color;
- choose another item of a lower value, with a refund of the difference;
- choose an item of a higher value, by paying the difference;
- choose a store credit to use later on our site.
Exchanges are offered subject to product availability at the time of your request.
How to make a return or exchange?
- Log in to your customer account and go to the "My orders" section.
- Select the relevant order and initiate your return or exchange request.
- Download your return slip and shipping label.
- Prepare your package and insert the return slip.
- Affix the shipping label to your package and drop it off at the indicated drop-off point.
From the moment you request your withdrawal, you have 14 days to ship the items concerned.
Return conditions
Items must be tried on with care and returned unwashed, accompanied by their tags and any accessories.
Unsealed products that cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection are not eligible for the right of withdrawal.
Refund
After receipt and inspection of your return, the refund is processed by our teams within 3 business days and issued via the payment method used for your order.
Additional bank processing time may be required before the refund appears on your account.
